SVAKOM offers free shipping with discreet packaging on all orders.

We Respect your Privacy

The shipment will be arranged within 24 hours after the order has been placed. As soon as Shipping Agency will provide us the tracking number, SVAKOM will be provided to you via email (usually takes 72 hours.)


We ship across the world from our 11 warehouses in different continents. We have 3 warehouses in Europe, 2 in Mexico, 2 in the US, 1 in Japan, 1 in the Mid-East, 1 in South East Asia & 1 in China.


If the item you purchased is in stock in the overseas warehouse nearby your place, it will take around 1 week to be delivered to you. If it is not, it will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, which may take approximately 2-3 weeks to deliver at your doorstep depending on your location.


Orders over 80USD will be shipped through DHL (Express Shipment) and it will take approximately 5-7 business days.
